Sessions with me are guided by your needs and what feels most supportive in the moment—whether that means having space to talk through challenges, reflect, and process how you want to handle them, or focusing on practical tools and strategies to support emotional regulation. I take a collaborative, flexible approach that adapts as your goals and circumstances evolve, balancing insight, validation, and skill-building. Together, we work to strengthen self-awareness, build confidence in decision-making, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic, empowering, and aligned with your values.
I use a combination of Person-Centered, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness modalities in sessions to meet the specific needs of each client.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
What days and times do you offer sessions?
I offer sessions Sunday through Thursday with availability during the day (10am-2pm) and evenings (5p-9pm).
What's the cost?
$125 per session
