Sessions with me are guided by your needs and what feels most supportive in the moment—whether that means having space to talk through challenges, reflect, and process how you want to handle them, or focusing on practical tools and strategies to support emotional regulation. I take a collaborative, flexible approach that adapts as your goals and circumstances evolve, balancing insight, validation, and skill-building. Together, we work to strengthen self-awareness, build confidence in decision-making, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic, empowering, and aligned with your values.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
What days and times do you offer sessions?
I offer sessions Sunday through Thursday with availability during the day (10am-2pm) and evenings (4p-9pm).
What's the cost?
$125 per session
Access to care is extremely important to me. If you are needing a sliding scale option, please don't hesitate to ask.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance.
However, I do partner with Mentaya who will process your insurance for out of network benefits. You can enter your insurance information on their website to check our out of network benefits before we have our first session.
What forms of payment do you take?
I take all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA.
Is AI used during our sessions?
NO!!!! I do not use any form of AI during our therapy sessions. Your privacy matters.
