I'm an emo/punk, yarn loving, neurodivergent therapist working with clients virtually in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, and Idaho.

At Creating You Therapy, I offer safe, affirming, inclusive mental health therapy for individuals seeking support with ADHD, Autism, AUDHD, BPD, and the emotional and identity-related challenges that can arise during Perimenopause and Menopause. 

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of each client’s lived experience, with an emphasis on practical coping tools, emotional regulation, and self-understanding rather than “fixing” who you are because you are not broken. 

I am committed to creating a safe, validating space for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, where gender, sexuality, relationships, and identities are honored and uplifted. 

I use a combination of Person-Centered, DBT, ACT, and Mindfullness therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of each client individually within a session.
